The journey, build by build

Task 1 — AI Content Creation
Aug 7, 2026Pick any product, brand, or service you like — it can be real or something you invent on the spot — and make a 10–30 second AI UGC-style video for it. Use whichever parts of the taught workflow that works best for you: write the script, generate your visuals, put it all together, then ship it!
Built: No camera. No crew. No studio. I created AI-generated UGC-style video ads for TAJBank — scripted, visualised and assembled entirely with AI tools — all driving one thing: download the app. This is what modern content production looks like now.
Learned: I learned how to think alongside AI rather than just prompt it — turning a blank page into ideas, then ideas into posts, captions, and full scripts. From there the work moved into visuals: generating realistic images, designing consistent characters, and bringing still frames to life with motion. I picked up faceless content techniques and, more importantly, learned to build them into repeatable systems rather than one-off pieces. By the end, I was producing ads and UGC-style content that could genuinely compete for attention.
Task 3 — Everything Claude AI
Aug 10, 2026Write and publish a post titled "5 things I do with Claude AI" where you share five specific, real ways you use Claude in your work, studying, business, or daily life.
Built: I designed a beautiful carousel post post to explain 5 key things I do with Claude AI, a very powerful AI tool.
Learned: Being specific is harder than being impressive. My first draft listed what Claude can do — a features list, not a post. The version worth publishing named five things I actually did, messy details included. And the responses came from the examples I nearly cut for being too small.
Task 2 — AI-Assisted App
Aug 10, 2026Build a simple web app that someone can sign in to and do something interesting that solves a business problem. Keep it simple, keep it functional, and get it deployed.
Built: I built CryptoWatch, an intuitive web app that helps crypto investors track their investment portfolio with a simple and interactive UI.
Learned: Show everything, and you've shown nothing. My first version displayed every number a crypto portfolio produces. The one that worked cut most of them. Second lesson: live data fails, so the broken state needs designing too.
Task 4 - AI Automation
Aug 13, 2026Pick one repetitive, manual process that currently eats your time. It can come from your own work, from a pod mate’s job, or from a real business you've found online. The only requirement is that it should be a task a human is doing by hand right now, where a machine could do the heavy lifting instead.
Built: Job hunting used to eat my mornings. Now it happens without me — an AI workflow that scans 10+ job boards and drops fresh listings into a Google Doc on schedule, every week.
Learned: Connecting ten job boards was easy. Keeping them running was not. I learned to design for the failure — one broken source shouldn't kill the whole run. And pulling in everything was simple; deciding what was worth reading is where AI earned its place.
Pod projects
PrivateLLM
We learned how private LLMs work — models running on your own infrastructure, on your own data, with nothing leaving the building. The version of AI that businesses with real privacy requirements can actually use.
View projectAI Agents Automation
We learned to turn manual processes into automated systems — mapping the workflow, connecting the tools, and building something that keeps running long after we've stepped away.
View projectEverything Claude AI
We spent real time inside Claude — learning how to prompt it well, where its reasoning genuinely outperforms, and how to build actual working systems with it rather than just asking it questions.
View projectCTA Website Design for TAJBank
We designed a high-converting landing page for one of TAJBank's flagship products — every element on the page working toward a single call to action. No clutter, no distractions, just a clear path from landing to conversion.
View projectAI UGC Ads for TAJBank
We created AI-generated UGC-style video ads built to scale. Real ad quality, produced entirely with AI — which means the next ten versions cost the same as the first.
