My story
Years in customer experience and community management taught me to see systems where other people see tasks — and to notice that a problem showing up on Thursday usually started three steps upstream on Monday. AI turned that instinct into a build capability. Now I turn manual processes into automations, ideas into websites and applications, and blank pages into content that ships. What keeps me building is simple: I can't unsee wasted effort. When I watch someone do something manually for the fifth time, I'm already designing the system that replaces it.
